What is this your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges can be accepted depending on specifics. Customer is responsible for all shipping and postage cost for returned items. TOC does not offer refunds on shipping. Art prints are not eligible for returns.

TOC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure address to assure delivery. 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! However, international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees imposed by customs. We also cannot devalue the cost of the purchase. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks. Please be mindful if your purchase contains a preorder item as they have a longer fulfillment time.
